Issue Processing
Often, a key issue in an organization goes unresolved because it is important, but not urgent. Time away from the normal work setting is usually needed to get a handle on the issue and make decisions regarding actions, priorities, and timetables.
I will work with you to help identify the right group of people needed to thoroughly address the issue, reach decisions, and ensure buy-in to those decisions. This type of session typically lasts anywhere from ½-day to 2 days.
