Strategic Planning
A thorough, well-designed and well-executed strategic planning session can get your organization focused on a common goal and moving toward it together. You may be establishing overall direction for the first time (or reestablishing it due to significant changes in the organization, the industry, or the macro-environment) or identifying and prioritizing strategies on which to focus for a set period of time.
Either way, the process should arise out of consideration of the desired outcomes, the culture of the organization and the group, and the level and type of change currently facing the organization. Unlike many facilitators, I do NOT believe there is “one best way” to do strategic planning. I am constantly updating my skills to ensure the most complete possible tool-kit to meet the needs of your specific situation.
I will work with you to understand your history, your current need, the groups and individuals involved, and your specific challenges in order to provide a planning session leading to output you can actually use. Whatever the process we agree upon, your 1-, 2-, or 3-day session will provide you with the clarity of purpose, path, and project you need to keep your organization on track.
